Still this weekend there is a very special pop-up store at Korjaamo, where three original & talented ladies (Fiona Timantti, Miia Magia and Fine van Brooklin) are presenting their crafts. Lea’s – alias Fine van Brooklin’s – work is best known to me.

I simply adore her Art Nouveau, Belle Époque and Art Deco inspired jewellery. And each and every one unique, with  story of its own to tell.

For example. Once I bought a long, long necklace from her, I’d wrap it tightly around my neck twice and still the turquoise centerpiece reached all the way to my bellybutton. Very 20’s. I told Lea that wearing this necklace is sooooo hard as it evokes a wanderlust in me that I just can’t quench. Particularly I longed for faraway locations, turquoise lands such as Nepal, Tibet, South America… And Spain for some strange reason.

Lea told me that the stones from that chain came from Argentina, and Barcelona. Both high, high high up on my wish list. I do believe that those turquoises have a mind of their own, and in me they’ve found a like-minded soul…

One day. We’ll do it . We’ll visit turquoise lands together. I’ve already toured Nepal, Peru, México and Chile… Next time, it’ll be with my magic necklace.

This necklace, Marguerite in White, is the one that lead me to Lea. The moment I saw it I just felt it belonged to me. The vintage silver rose used to be an earring that Lea saved and made her magic with it… I love, love, love this piece.

And, if you allow me to brag a little bit… Fine van Brooklyn was also discovered by Saimi Hoyer, who wrote very beautifully of Lea’s unique creations in the September Elle issue.

Hih, this once I beat you to it Saimi!

I found her first!

PS. Sometimes some of these ladies also moonlight as DJ’s, so you might be in for a treat at Korjaamo…

Deserves a new addition, as I stumbled upon this beauty at an Ooh la la etsy newsletter… Oh la la indeed. A divine vintage nightgown by Diane von Furstenberg.

MmmmmmMmm… long flowing nightgown in creamy ivory, top adorned with delicate lace. It looks so smooth and cool, I can almost feel it…  Etsy’s Lingerie Addict proposes it for sleepovers or for a bridal shower gift.

As I know that there are some gentlemen out there who follow my site… Just a little tip for you 🙂 . This would be a rather purrrrfect surprise gift for that special someone in your lives… Downright  unforgettable.

If inspired, you can find this little wonder at http://www.etsy.com/listing/101550831/vintage-light-blue-and-white-lace-sheer

I found this delicate little lace dream from Paris, from the Le Bon Marché – arguably the most beautiful department store in the world. I only discovered this jewel this spring but shall definitely return…

At the lingerie department, the fitting rooms were furnished by crystal chandeliers and Venetian mirrors… There was a kinda reception with two lovely ladies helping you out so you don’t need to go wandering around the store in the little number you were trying on, should you need a better size or something…

Yikes, every woman knows the inconvenience I’m talking about. But at Le Bon Marcé, each fitting room (salon, really) has an INTERCOM with which you can CALL for assistance.

So there in the privacy of my little salon I asked myself. Do you really NEED this lacy underthingy?

The answer, obviously, was NO. A bit fat no.

But it made me feel so beautifullll…You know, how oftentimes it’s what you wear under that makes all the difference…

So ladies can you blame me… I brought my LaceDream home anyways.

And it works like a charm. Every time I wear it I’m ready to hold my head up high and face the world with a smile ♥.

The wonderfully talented Mo Puccino has designed a tiara, especially for me!!!

It’s a unique piece, simply divine. I could attach it with a lace ribbon… Mmmmmm and I have just the perfect dress to wear with this! A find from Paris; an airlight softwhite silk dream with uneven fay hemline, that 1920’s silhouette that I love so, with handembroidered lace details… Oh I’ll try to photograph it for you soon my friends.

I’m one happy cat today. Purrrrring like the cat goddess Chaolin, who got to pose with my beauty first:

So lovely was my yesterday that it will carry me for a longlongest time.

I love this collage by Minna Kulmala. And it breaks my heart to realize how much of it’s feminine power is  simply lost due to inadequate photo sizes accepted by WordPress . So friends, do yourselves a favor and left-click on this one… See my point?)

A uniquely talented artist, photographer Minna Kulmala invited me to her home, a 17th century mansion, for a full day photoshoot for LadyBohemia.

This  collage is just a little sneak preview of magic to come…

But I can tell you dear friends, never have I felt more beautiful than last night, watching the flaming dusk clouds sailing on the sky, above my bed of flowers ♥.

No matter how high they flew, I could almost reach them.

And I could have stayed in that moment forever.

I needed something light & sweet to soften up this grumpy rainy day…

… and came up with hair roses. Handmade with love and care by a wonderful handicraft artist

Marianlinn Le Fay.

Do you think something like that could work with my hair when left long, wavy & bedheady?

Mmmmm.

I’ll show you the results of this experiment later…

I don’t need to wonder about that one anymore. You see, I’ve come across one.

An angel, that is.

This lovely lady has come to my life only recently. We have never even met but it feels as if I know her already… And deeply admire her gentleness, kindheartedness, her unique talent. She has angelwings, I have no doubt about that.

One night, quite recently, I was feeling rather low. About myself, life, everything. About myself mostly.

That night, my fairy friend contacted me, telling that she and her love are getting married. And would you believe this… They invited me to their wedding!!

Can you imagine how touched I was… Am.

It’ll be a small event… And we’ve never even met.

It doesn’t matter“, she wrote. “I have a feeling that you are special.”

On a night.. no, on a year, when I have felt anything but.

There’s no further need for evidence. Angels do exist on earth.

One of them just made me feel special.

After yesterday, I wanted to talk to you about something pure and beautiful.

And I thought about Mali.

Never ever have I come across more beautiful, more luminous portrait on motherhood. This magical photo is taken by Raluca Cozma.

The true wonder of blogging is coming across people, places, music, moments… even objects, that truly touch a little blogger’s soul.

One of those people is Mali, loveliest of beauties. A True Real Life Fairy Angel.

The most divine bohemian princess bride on her wedding day.. Beautiful inside & out.

With an artistic bohemian wedding gown, so charming, so unique… Completed by a romantic lacy veil and a fairy tiara by Mo Puccino.

To me, these picture epitomize love. True, deep happiness. Such belonging.

These wedding photos, a class apart from the standard stiff poses, have in my opinion truly captured the heart and soul of this lovely couple. Mircea Ciuca Photography has waved the magic wand here.

There’s magic in this lady.

That’s why I asked her if I could share a glimpse of her universe with you… And I must tell, the only thing more beautiful than Mali and her husband together is the couple with sweet, sweet little daughter. Unfortunately I can’t show you photos of Mama Mali with her little tresor as I’m rather careful with displaying babies or children on the internet… But pictures baby Sanziana are pure bliss.

Mali is the heart and soul of Samsara Chill Out Tea House’s  in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

This dream garden is on my (short)list of places to visit…

But perhaps I will be lucky, and meet the lovely Mali at another wedding, rather soon…♥.

Photo by Raluca Cozma. Ah, how I would love to have some LadyBohemia moments photographed by this artist..

“Return to things that are meaningful, and bathe inside of them.
Do the things that somehow make you come alive.”

Viktor Egelund

Photo Minna Hepburn: Pintrest

I guess we all have a list of things to do in this life.

What’s on yours?

I have so many things, most of them simple and easy, yet here they are, on the to-be-done -list. Still.

Such as.

Being present. In the moment. For my children. For my mother.

Climb a mountaintop. Visit Tibet.

Enjoy a sunset in peace and silence.

Fulfill a secret dream, too fragile, too personal, too precious to tell a soul.

To love. Deeply. Unconditionally. Profoundly.

To wake up to sunrise, full of tomorrow.

How  hard can all that be?

Uh… Peculiarly very much so.
